The hotel was located on the 11th floor of a somewhat dated building, accessible through Accor's website. The room was not as nice as the normal breakfast room. The service, with one exception in the restaurant, was generally unfriendly. The location was good for the motorway but also deserved an improvement. The dining was big and varied, much like in other bigger hotels in Germany. The facilities were average.

The hotel room was smaller than expected for a self-titled 4-star place, but it can accommodate 3 persons comfortably. Having a fridge in the room was convenient. The space was good with clean beds, though they were a bit too hard for my liking.

I stayed at the hotel on the 9th floor. The room was spacious with a nice view of the valley and the village of Bad Bramstedt, especially beautiful in the evening with the sunset and town lights. However, I booked a room for 2 and found a 3-bed room which was not very impressive. During summer, the room can get quite warm, but overall, the view was charming and relaxing.
